Susan Lucas

Susan Lucas, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as SVP of Global Total Rewards at Stagwell since August 2022, having previously held the position of VP of Total Rewards. Prior to Stagwell, Susan was Director of Payroll & Benefits at Versapay for a brief period in 2022 and held multiple roles at The Stagwell Group from September 2020 to April 2022, including Director of Centralized Payroll and Benefits Administration, where significant achievements included building a high-performing centralized services team and managing the implementation of an international payroll system. Earlier experience at OSG Ship Management spanned over 14 years, progressing through various payroll and benefits roles, and involved ensuring compliance, managing payroll processes, and leading major projects. Susan holds a B.S. in Public Health Administration from the University of South Florida and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Hillsborough Community College.
