Dr. Prasad Srinivasan has extensive work experience in the field of operations and manufacturing. Dr. Prasad started their career as an Executive-Production at company 1 in 2002, where they were actively involved in bulk production. Dr. Prasad then worked as a Sr. Executive Manufacturing at Perfetti Van Melle from 2006 to 2008, where they planned day-to-day activities for smooth production.
In 2008, Dr. Srinivasan joined Cavinkare Research Centre as a Process and Technical professional, where they focused on technical transfer of newly developed products, worked closely with R&D for trials and product stabilization, streamlined system activities in SAP, and coordinated with the projects team for designing pilot plant equipment.
From 2010 to 2018, they worked at International Flavors & Fragrances as the Head of Manufacturing and Factory Manager, and as a Business Process Engineer. In this role, they planned, organized, and controlled manufacturing facilities, reviewed production reports, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
In 2018, Dr. Srinivasan started working as the Group Head of Operations at Plant Lipids Private Limited, where they played a key role in overseeing operations within the group.
Currently, Dr. Srinivasan is serving as the Director of Operations at Stahl, starting in 2022.
Dr. Prasad Srinivasan began their education in 1998 at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in BANGALORE, where they studied Chemical Engineering until 2002. In 2005, they attended Annamalai University and obtained a DIS degree in Industrial Safety in 2006. Moving on to further their education, from 2008 to 2010, Dr. Srinivasan attended Symbiosys Institute, earning a PGDBA degree in Business Administration. Lastly, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Swahili from 2015 to 2018.
