Ranganath BV, also known as Ranga, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ranganath (Ranga) began their career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd in 2001, where they worked as a Manager in Strategy & Business Development until 2006. Following this, Ranga joined DSM (Speciality Chemicals / Industrial) in 2008 as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, a role they held until 2012. In 2012, they moved to FrieslandCampina as the Director of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. Ranga's most recent position was as the Head of Corporate Development at Stahl, a role they began in 2019.

Ranganath (Ranga) BV began their education at Bharathiar University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from 1997 to 2001. Ranganath (Ranga) then went on to the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their MBA with a focus on finance. In 2008, Ranganath also attended the Hult Ashridge, completing a program in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2014, they briefly enrolled in the Leadership Program at IMD.
