Usman Bajwa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the leather and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Pielcolor at Stahl since May 2014, Usman has held various strategic positions, including Global Business Manager and Global Segment Manager, where responsibilities included product harmonization and market positioning for cost optimization. Prior to Stahl, Usman worked with Clariant Produkte (Deutschland) GmbH, advancing from Trainee to Sales Technician specializing in wet-end chemicals and dyes. Usman holds multiple qualifications from Lederinstitut Gerberschule Reutlingen, including a Process Manager of Leather Manufacture, Leather Technician, and expertise in Fur Production, alongside a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from KU.
