In 2014, they founded Brilliant Bicycles. In 2016, they were the Director of Operations at Thrive Market and Chairman at Surfwax. Finally, in 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Staircase.
Adam Kalamchi attended Harvard University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Adam then attended Columbia Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.

We also support the innovation ecosystem by providing APIs that can be used to build mortgage-focused software and products faster, cheaper, and more securely than ever before. We are a fully-remote, globally distributed team offering 100% remote flexibility to our employees. Founded in 2019, we are privately held and backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, RRE Ventures, Zigg Capital, along with other notable angel investors.
