Previously, Monique held roles including Division Manager of Administration at Jones & Carter, managing strategic alignment and departmental operations, and HR Operations Field Advisor at Parker Drilling, overseeing talent acquisition for Eastern Hemisphere Operations. Early career experience includes serving as Training Director for AT&T Alliance for Employee Growth and Development, where leadership in training initiatives earned an award for excellence. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Leadership from LeTourneau University.
