Currently serving as the Director of Applications and Project Management at Stallion Oilfield Services since January 2018, Vincent has also held the role of Program Manager at Direct Energy since December 2013, where responsibilities included leading large-scale program initiatives and supporting project management standardization efforts. Prior experience includes senior positions at jcpenney, BMC Software, Solyndra, Kaiser Permanente, Perot Systems, and Lumileds Lighting, where Vincent managed project portfolios, implemented best practices, and contributed to significant revenue growth and operational improvements. Vincent holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.
