D. Vinay Dixit

Vinay directs project and product development for Stamen. He has built teams and products for over 20 years, focusing on crisp and vibrant experiences that delight the user. As a developer he championed semantic web at Charles Schwab and CBS Interactive, and later went on to build the UI team for LinkedIn. Vinay got his start in technology at an early age, playing with circuit boards and writing stupid programs in BASIC in middle school. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
