Tamra Bender

Tamra Bender, PT, DPT, PCS is a dedicated pediatric physical therapist currently working at Stamford Health, beginning in March 2024, where the focus is on evaluating and treating children aged 0-21 in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Prior experience includes roles at Developmental Steps, LLC, Dynamic Kids, Barnstable Physical Therapy, and ROMBOT, where contributions spanned from physical therapy to student consultancy in tele-health solutions. Education was completed at Northeastern University, obtaining a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Tamra has an extensive background in working with children and therapeutic practices, exemplified by experiences at Perkins School for the Blind and various physical therapy roles prior to current employment.
