Andrew Kristofik has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew started their career as a Policy Associate at the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Andrew then joined the Republican National Committee as a Research Analyst from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they worked at the Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst from 2013 to 2016. Andrew then moved on to the Koch Companies Public Sector as a Senior Manager, Talent Engagement in 2016 until 2017. Andrew joined Freedom Partners Shared Services as a Business Measures Specialist from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Andrew is employed at the Stand Together Foundation, where they started as a Manager of Research and Analysis in 2018 and became the Director of Business Development in December 2020.
Andrew Kristofik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Madonna University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process" and "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn, both in February 2018.
