Clay Broga has had a diverse work experience. Clay started their career in 2011 as a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Freethink. Clay worked there until 2018. During this time, they also worked on a feature-length documentary film called "Honor Flight" as a Producer. The film received recognition and broke a Guinness World Record for the largest film screening in history. In 2018, Clay joined Stand Together as the Chief Marketing Officer. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Chief Creative Officer.
Clay Broga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, attending from 2003 to 2007.
