Jorge A. Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Stand Together since January 2018, where previous roles included Vice President of Economic Progress & Immigration and Vice President of Immigration. Prior to this, Lima held the Senior Vice President of Policy position at Americans for Prosperity from November 2017 to April 2024, and served as Executive Director and Policy Director at The LIBRE Initiative from May 2013 to January 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Strategic Policy Advisor in the Office of Governor Luis Fortuño, an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, and an Attorney for the City of Miami. Lima holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.
