Lily Pratsovyta has a strong background in software engineering and IT project management. Lily started their career at Shoptaw Design as a Graphic Designer/Web developer before moving on to Tysons College, where they worked as a Front-End Web Developer/Web Designer and later became a Leading Instructor of Web Development. In 2014, they joined INDUS Corporation as a Technical Project Lead, where they worked until 2016. Lily then moved to Charles Koch Institute as an IT Project Manager until 2018. Currently, Lily is with Stand Together, where they have held roles as a Software Engineering Manager and is currently the Director of Software Engineering.
