Vincent Galatro

Vincent Galatro has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Vincent currently serves as the Managing Director of Principle Based Management at Stand Together, where they lead a group focused on strategy maturation, operations excellence, and talent management. Previously, they held the role of Director and Consultant at Stand Together, where they partnered with individuals to mature strategy, operations, and talent management in their organizations. Before joining Stand Together, Vincent worked as a Co-Owner at LG Photography, specializing in commercial, travel, product, food & beverage, and corporate photography. Vincent also has experience in market-based management and talent development from their roles at Charles Koch Institute. At Charles Koch Institute, they led a product and consulting group, facilitated sessions, and developed curricula on market-based management. Vincent also has prior experience as the Manager of New Media & Special Projects at The ACU, where they implemented website redesign and new media strategies and managed grassroots initiatives. Vincent began their career at EMC as a Sales Associate, generating sales leads and collaborating with the outside sales force. Overall, Vincent Galatro has demonstrated expertise in leadership, management, strategy, and photography throughout their career.

Vincent Galatro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tufts University, from the year 2003 to 2007.
