Amisha Babulall

Amisha Babulall is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the corporate sector. Currently serving as a Global Learning Partner at Standard Bank Group since June 2015, Amisha focuses on building relationships with global leaders to collaborate on learning initiatives. Previously, Amisha held the position of Global Learning Consultant at Barclays – ABSA Capital, facilitating the implementation of the Target Operating Model and designing outcomes-based programs. Prior experience includes a role as Learning Facilitator and Designer at Discovery Limited, where Amisha emphasized team performance enhancement and quality assurance of training materials. Amisha Babulall holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and People Management from the University of Johannesburg and a certification in Integral Coaching from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
