Cindy Gumede

Cindy Gumede is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Business Partner: People and Culture at Standard Bank Group since September 2022, Cindy previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kellogg Company from July 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as HR & Transformation Business Partner at MultiChoice Group, HR Manager at NMG Benefits, and HR Manager at Nedbank, where significant focus was placed on employment equity and strategic HR practices. Cindy began her career as Regional HR Business Partner at FNB South Africa and has also worked as an HR Consultant and HR Administrator at Smiths Manufacturing. Cindy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg and a BSocSc degree in Human Capital from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
