Rufaida Hamilton

Rufaida Hamilton (Banoobhai) is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in payment systems and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Payments at Standard Bank of South Africa, Rufaida is responsible for formulating product strategies and deploying electronic payment services. Previously, Rufaida held various leadership roles at Investec, including Group Head of Payments and Head of Operations, where oversight included payment processing, operational execution, and strategic initiatives. Rufaida's career began at First National Bank Corporate, where contributions to payments and collections strategies laid the groundwork for future advancements.
