Sacheen Kala

Sacheen Kala possesses extensive experience in leadership roles at Standard Bank Group, with a focus on driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences. Currently serving as the Head of Founders Factory Africa Partnership, Sacheen guides deal-making processes and manages stakeholder relationships across diverse environments. Previous roles include Lead of Digitisation, Client Journeys and Design, where Sacheen developed client journey frameworks and led teams in implementing customer experience methodologies. Earlier positions in the organization included Lab Lead for Personal & Business Banking and Process Design & Customer Experience Manager, emphasizing process improvement and customer insights. Sacheen holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, complemented by additional qualifications in management and business administration.
