Shaad Ebrahim

Shaad Ebrahim, CFA, currently serves as the Head of the Platform Domain Team at Standard Bank Group, a position held since September 2010, alongside roles as Executive of Strategic Technology Coverage and Executive and Head of New Business Innovation within CIB Digital. Previous experience includes working as a Debt Capital Markets Transactor focusing on Corporate and Structured DCM. Prior to joining Standard Bank Group, Shaad Ebrahim spent time at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate specializing in Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder from the CFA Institute, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Investment Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Matric from Crawford College Pretoria.
