Marc Vogelsang is an accomplished professional in the meat industry with extensive experience at Standard Meat since May 2017, currently serving as Senior Cooked Operations Manager. Marc has a strong background in developing and launching sous-vide products across various market segments, alongside establishing new production lines and ensuring food safety protocols. Prior to this role, Marc held positions as Production Manager and Sous Vide Production Supervisor, where contributions included pioneering sous vide protein processing and supporting sales initiatives. Marc's earlier experience includes a graduate assistantship at Texas A&M University, where a Master of Agriculture in the Meat Industry was pursued, along with roles at the Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center and Cargill Animal Nutrition focused on meat production and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University.
