Emily Wojciechowski

Emily Wojciechowski, PHR, MBA, currently serves as the Director of People Analytics & HRIS at Standard Motor Products since January 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. With a robust background in benefits management, Emily has worked as a Benefits Manager for both Standard Motor Products and American Express. Early career roles include Associate Benefits Manager and Benefits Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed leading benefit plan design and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Assistant role focused on recruitment and employee relations and internships at Laerdal Medical and the American Red Cross. Emily holds an MBA in Ethical Leadership from Marist College, as well as degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management from SUNY New Paltz and SUNY Oswego, respectively.
