Alejandro "Alex" Cruz is a seasoned digital marketing and web development professional with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Sr. Digital Marketing Developer and Email Marketing Specialist at The Standard since May 2020, responsibilities include designing and optimizing complex digital marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Alex held similar roles at FLIR Systems, managing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing engagement strategies. Earlier experience encompasses a variety of web development positions at prominent organizations such as Nike, where Alex contributed to the creation of an interactive training program, and numerous consulting roles in web design and development for firms like Oliver Wyman and U.S. Bank. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design.
