Ann Wagner

Ann Wagner, PMP, ITIL, CSM, CCMP, serves as the Director of Project and Process Management at The Standard since July 2018. Previously, Ann held positions at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as an IT Senior Manager, where leadership and coaching were provided to a global team of 30 members overseeing Change, Release, and Test Management functions. Ann's experience also includes roles at UTi Worldwide as an IT Manager focusing on Enterprise IT Governance and Change Management, and at Standard Insurance Company as a Quality Manager responsible for developing quality processes and driving improvements. Ann began a career at Nationwide Insurance as a Program QA Lead, implementing Quality Assurance processes across various disciplines while managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
