Terrence Paschal

Terrence Paschal, CFM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities at The Standard since September 2018 and as an Assistant Football Coach at Parkrose High School since November 2023. Previously, Paschal held the position of Facilities Manager at Biamp Systems from August 2015 to September 2018 and at Intel Corporation from June 2014 to August 2015. Additional experience includes a role as Facilities and Construction Supervisor at FamilyCare Health Plans in late 2013, various Facilities Manager positions at Biamp Systems and Financial Freedom, and an education background with an IFMA FMP Certification from Arizona State University and a high school diploma from Santa Clara High School.
