Ricardo Kasztan

Ricardo Kasztan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and business analysis. Currently serving as the Senior HR Technology Solutions Program Manager in Analytics COE & Core HR at StandardAero since October 2019, Ricardo has previously held roles at Great-West Life as a System Analyst, and spent 14 years in various leadership positions in the Israel Defense Forces, including Head of Planning and Organization Resources Analysis and Project Team Manager. Ricardo's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Haifa, advanced project management training from the Technion, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
