Robert George Felios Jr.

Robert George Felios Jr. has over three decades of experience in systems engineering and program management, primarily in high technology environments. Currently serving as a Sr. Systems Engineering Specialist at StandardAero since June 1999, responsibilities include overseeing high technology and legacy systems, maintaining software program operations, and implementing continuous improvement processes using 6 sigma methodologies. Prior to this, Robert held significant roles at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Systems Engineer Staff, and at SAIC as an Engineering Program Manager, where expertise was applied to various avionics programs. Early career experience includes work as a Field Support Engineer at Fairchild Weston Systems and a Senior Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. Robert's educational background includes studies at Ball State University and the Community College of the Air Force, among others.
