Ling Wang

Ling Wang, MD, M.Sc, is a seasoned product development scientist currently employed at Standard BioTools since February 2024. Previously, Ling held the position of Lead Scientist at Triumvira Immunologics, Inc. from March 2021 to October 2023, where significant contributions included leading pre-clinical IND enabling studies for a novel T cell therapy aimed at solid tumors, which facilitated FDA approval. Earlier roles include Quality Control Scientist at Sanofi, where Ling focused on developing and validating in vivo test methods, and a Scientist/Project Lead at ApoPharma Inc., responsible for pharmacology studies of drug candidates. Ling's early career encompassed research associate positions, with a focus on chronic wound healing and toxicity studies, and research assistant roles at Health Canada and the Ottawa Health Research Institute. Ling completed a medical residency at Shanghai Sixth Hospital and an internship at Shanghai Renji Hospital, receiving recognition as an Outstanding Intern. Academically, Ling holds an M.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa and an MD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
