Essang Essang MNSE, PMP, COREN is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and project management with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the oil and gas sector and beyond. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at the Standards Organisation of Nigeria since January 2006, Essang has successfully led over 30 audits across various industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, and banking. Prior to this role, Essang held positions such as Project Manager at Northgate Oil and Gas Limited and Project Process Engineer at Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited, where responsibilities included managing projects, developing engineering proposals, and creating essential process documentation. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, along with certifications in ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and Project Management Professional (PMP).

We ensure that locally manufactured products in Nigeria give the required degree of satisfaction to consumers through compliance with Government policies on standardisation and conformity assessment. We also ensure that goods imported into Nigeria meet the minimum requirements of Nigeria Industrial Standards or any other approved international standards. We do all these to improve the lives of people through quality assurance and standards having branches in the following states in Nigeria Abuja, Abia, Adamawa, Akwa-Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Cross-River, Edo, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau and Rivers.
