Christian Kircher has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Christian is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Development SST at Standex Electronics since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ZF Group, starting in 2014. At ZF Group, they held the positions of Sr. Manager Product Planning and Strategy ADAS & AD from April 2017 to September 2022, and Manager Engineering Strategy ADAS from August 2014 to March 2017. Before joining ZF Group, Christian worked at Hella from 2012 to 2014, where they held roles in Corporate Strategy and Planning and Business Development/Assistant to CEO - Aftermarket. Christian also worked at IMD Business School in 2011 as an MBA Graduate, where they conducted various analysis and research projects for different companies. Prior to that, they held different positions at Hella from 2005 to 2010, including Mechanical Design, Process Planning & Industrialization, and Product Launch Engineer. Christian also had a brief experience at Daimler AG in 2002 and SERGI in 2002, where they held the roles of Praktikum VE Fügeverfahren and Technical Analyst, respectively.
Christian Kircher attended Colegio Alemán Alexander von Humboldt from 1985 to 1999. Christian then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1999 to 2004. In 2002, they also completed an International semester in Automotive Engineering at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences. In 2011, they went on to acquire an MBA degree at IMD.
