Dawn Rorig is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Stanford Health Care, Rorig has previously held positions including Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Director of Human Resources at the same organization. Prior to this, Rorig advanced through several senior roles at Charles Schwab, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of HR Shared Services. Rorig began a career in human resources at Bank of America as a Project Analyst and also worked as an Independent Consultant for Synopsys. Rorig holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the College of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana.
