Currently serving as the Senior Group Manager and Head of HR & Administration at Stanford Marine Group since June 2007, Adonis Bijo oversees all HR and administrative functions across the group's operations in the Gulf Region, reporting directly to the Group CEO. Under the leadership of Adonis Bijo, the HR department has transformed into a proactive entity, playing a crucial role in the company's growth and preparation for IPO. Prior to this, Adonis Bijo worked as a Project Manager at Universal Knowledge Solutions, specializing in HR and training consulting services. Adonis Bijo holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, earned between 1999 and 2003.
