Matt Jacobs currently serves as an Attending Psychiatrist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, since August 2021, specializing in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. In addition, Matt holds the position of Site Director for Medical Student Education in Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine and serves as a Clinical Instructor within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford. Matt is also the President of Jacobicare PC and co-founder and President of Viral Forecast Inc, as well as Founder and CEO of HITKIT Inc. Prior to these roles, Matt was the Chief Resident at Stony Brook Medicine from July 2017 to June 2021 and worked as a Research Assistant in Boston University School of Medicine's CTE Program and VA-BU-CLF Brain Bank from 2011 to 2013. Educational background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University (AZ), a Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University.
