Matthew Porteus serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Definitive and Curative Medicine and the Associate Director of the Medical Scientist Training Program, along with being a Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine since October 2010. Prior to this role, Matthew Porteus was an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 2003 to 2010. Matthew Porteus holds both an M.D. and a Ph.D. from Stanford University School of Medicine and earned a B.A. from Harvard University.
