Mitch Kossar is an accomplished founder and consultant with extensive experience in strategy management and business development within the life sciences and energy sectors. As the founder and president of First Principles Advisory Group since 2007, Mitch specializes in life sciences innovation, offering services in product development strategy, project management, and market research. In addition to co-founding YK Bioventures in 2023, an investment fund aimed at advancing technologies in healthcare, Mitch serves as an advisor for the SPARK Program at Stanford University School of Medicine. Previous roles include director of business development at Tyco Thermal Controls, president of CIG Corp, consultant at Mars & Company, and manager of business development at PIRA Energy Group. Mitch holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Engineering Economics from Dartmouth College.
