Ashwyn Sam is a PhD candidate at Stanford University in the Plasma Simulations in Space Environment and Satellite Systems (SESS) lab since March 2022. Concurrently serving as a research mentor at Polygence since September 2022, Ashwyn has previously worked as a research assistant at SimCenter from January 2018 to May 2020, focusing on multi-fidelity methods and physics-based models for turbulent flow investigations. Ashwyn also contributed to chess education as a coach for Chess Ninja from August 2019 to April 2020 and gained experience as a summer research intern at Astec, Inc. in April 2017.
