Davina Drabkin

Davina Drabkin is a seasoned professional in learning and development, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager for IDEAL Advancement at Stanford University since August 2022. Drabkin has previously held roles at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, including Equity & Inclusion Architect, where responsibilities involved creating DEI structures and leading various significant programs such as Stanford Embark and Stanford Rebuild. Drabkin's extensive experience also includes advocacy for public education as a two-time president of the Burlingame School District Board and a consultant at Kaiser Permanente.
