Ravi Belani

Ravi Belani is a highly accomplished educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of management science and engineering. Currently serving at Stanford University since January 2012, Belani is the recipient of the 2023 Eugene L. Grant Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award and is the faculty lead for the Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders Seminar, a prominent speaker series featuring influential figures in entrepreneurship. Additionally, Belani co-teaches the survey course on entrepreneurship, "The Spirit of Entrepreneurship," and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alchemist Accelerator since May 2012, Belani focuses on accelerating enterprise-driven startups. With previous roles including advisory positions at various startups, an associate at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and a business analyst at McKinsey and Company, Belani's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees from Stanford University.
