Edward Hernandez serves as a Professor of Management and Human Resources at California State University Stanislaus since September 1995, teaching various HR and management courses to undergraduate and graduate business students. Hernandez received acclaim as the 2007 National SHRM Advisor of the Year and has contributed significantly to the Society for Human Resource Management (STAN/HR) on campus, leading a national championship HR Games team and creating various HR-related media outlets. As President and Program Chair of the Western Business & Management Association since 2002, Hernandez manages international conferences focused on management disciplines and oversees all related financial and logistical aspects. Additionally, Hernandez has experience as a producer and playwright with ROI Theatrical/Training, focusing on HR-themed plays. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
