Mark Freeman

Mark Freeman is a seasoned professional in the transportation engineering sector with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President and Transportation Business Development Leader at Stanley Consultants since May 2001, Mark oversees the business development efforts and leads the outside sales team for the Global Transportation Market. Previously, Mark held multiple leadership roles at Stanley Consultants, including Global Transportation Design Manager and SLC Office Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational management and business development for the Utah and Idaho offices. Earlier in Mark's career, Mark worked as a Transportation Engineer at Washington Group International, contributing to major projects such as the I-15 reconstruction design build project in Utah. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University.
