Debra Fletcher has had an extensive and varied work experience. Debra started their career in 2001 as a Sales and Marketing Representative for NVHomes, where they successfully sold 49 homes and generated revenue of over $35.3 million. Debra then joined NVR, Inc. in 2004 and held various roles including Corporate Sales Trainer, Manager of Systems Training, Marketing Analyst, and Marketing Manager. In 2016, Debra joined Stanley Martin Homes as the Director of Corporate Sales and Training. Debra was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Team and Culture in 2019, and their current role as SVP of Team and Culture since January 2022.
Debra Fletcher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Manufacturing Management and Consulting from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in DDI Targeted Selection®: Trainer Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in August 2020.
