Aleksandra Gorska

Aleksandra Gorska is an experienced HRIS Training & Enablement Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., focusing on global HRIS solutions and change management strategies since November 2018. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held several positions at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2015 to November 2018, including Process Engineering Manager and Global Process Excellence Lead. Aleksandra began their career at Antal Poland as an Associate Consultant and has also worked as a therapist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Aleksandra holds two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychopedagogy of Creativity from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University, earned between 2006 and 2013.
