Illes Szabo

Illes Szabo is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various multinational companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Site Lead at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since January 2022, Illes previously held significant roles, including Director of Human Resources for EMEA at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. and Regional HR Manager for CEE at Draexlmaier. Illes has demonstrated expertise in harmonizing HR policies across diverse European countries, negotiating collective agreements, and managing organizational transformations during mergers. Illes holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Debreceni Egyetem, an MBA from Central European University, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
