Kristen Allis

Kristen Allis is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in overseeing quality management systems across multiple manufacturing sites in North America. Currently serving as the Director of Quality for the Infrastructure Division at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since March 2018, Kristen is responsible for managing ISO 9001 certified plants aimed at reducing cost of poor quality and customer complaints. Prior roles include Divisional Quality Manager and Quality Manager & Green Road Coordinator, where accomplishments involved improving quality metrics and reducing waste. Kristen's career began in packaging engineering, with previous positions at La-Z-Boy, International Automotive Components, and Lear Corporation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
