Colin's earlier career includes significant positions at Denplan, where responsibilities spanned Corporate Channel Management and New Product Development, as well as a foundational role at Friends Provident as Assistant Product Manager. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, multiple financial planning certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University.
