Kenna Houncaren

Kenna Houncaren is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, procurement, and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Priorities at Stantec since June 2007, Kenna ensures alignment of corporate priorities with Stantec's strategic objectives and leads the development of future plans. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Procurement & Real Estate, where Kenna managed a global team and oversaw strategic sourcing, and Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for the integration of MWH Global, Inc. and other acquisition efforts. Kenna's legal background includes serving as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Legal Counsel at Stantec, with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiations. Kenna holds an LLB from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta.
