Lucas Vidal

Lucas Vidal, E.I.T., currently serves as a Geotechnical Designer at Stantec and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alberta. With extensive experience in dam engineering at Yamana Gold Inc., Lucas held positions ranging from Junior Dam Engineer to Dam Coordinator from 2019 to 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Architect and Project Coordinator in various architectural firms and internships. Lucas Vidal is pursuing a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Alberta, having previously earned an Executive MBA in Project Management and a Certificate in Geotechnical and Dam Safety Management. Educational qualifications also include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
