Rebecca Clarke

Rebecca Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and wellbeing initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing at Stantec since January 2018, Rebecca has previously held multiple roles within the company, including Wellbeing Programme Manager, where an award-winning Wellbeing Programme was developed and implemented. Prior to joining Stantec, Rebecca worked at MWH, where responsibilities included Operations Support Programme Manager and overseeing internal programmes as the UK Chair for the Developing Professionals Group. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at Southern Water and WRc plc, with a strong foundation in consultancy and research. Rebecca holds a Geography degree from the University of Nottingham, completed in 1990.
