Sébastien Salvy is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational leadership with extensive experience across various sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, and consumer products. Currently a Partner at Stanton Chase specializing in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Consumer Products & Services, Sébastien previously served as the Global Head of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Communications at SBM Company, where responsibilities included implementing a comprehensive corporate social responsibility program and leading HR initiatives during significant organizational transformations. Prior to SBM, Sébastien held several senior HR roles at Bayer, contributing to global HR strategy for the Bayer Environmental Science business unit and managing HR functions during the acquisition of Roche's OTC business. The career path began at Groupe CAT and included pivotal HR positions at Roche and STEF.
