Steve Watson

Steve Watson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chairman of the Governance Committee and Managing Director at Stanton Chase International since December 2001, Steve previously held the position of International Chairman, providing global leadership to 73 offices in 46 countries. Their prior experience includes serving as Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, as well as at Ray & Berndtson. Steve also has a background in product management at Tandem Computers and executive leadership as CEO of Micronyx, where Steve focused on data security. Additional experience includes roles at Tandem and Burroughs, Inc. Steve's educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
