Karen Dinuzzo-Wright

Karen DiNuzzo-Wright is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in state and local tax (SALT) strategy and compliance. Since September 2016, Karen has served as the Director of State Income Tax Strategy at Walmart, building strategic relationships and advising on SALT policy matters. Concurrently, since 2003, Karen has held the position of Director of State and Local Tax at Staples, focusing on monitoring developments in SALT legislation, implementing action plans, and driving process improvements. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP, where Karen was a Senior Manager specializing in SALT consulting for major corporate clients and leading significant projects. Karen holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Boston College.
